Snowed In?At-Home Workouts That Actually Work

Winter weather can make it hard to get out the door. Snow, ice, and unpredictable conditions sometimes mean staying home is the safest option.

The good news is you can still get a great workout without leaving your living room.

Simple at-home workout options

There are so many high-quality, free resources available online. A few popular options include:

  • PopSugar Fitness, which offers strength, Pilates-inspired, cardio, and low-impact workouts for all levels

  • YouTube Pilates and mobility classes, perfect for days when you want something gentle but effective

  • Short bodyweight circuits that focus on core, balance, and mobility

Even 20–30 minutes can make a difference.

Tips for staying consistent at home

  • Set a specific time, just like you would for class

  • Lay out your mat or weights ahead of time

  • Keep expectations realistic, movement is still movement

Snow days don’t have to derail your routine. They can be a chance to slow down, move intentionally, and take care of your body in a different way.

And when we’re back in the studio, we’ll be ready to move together again.
