Indoor Cycling.

Our cycling classes are fun, high-intensity, cardio classes that incorporate full body toning. The ride takes place in a dark room with fun upbeat music playing, which brings an incredible energy. We offer Ride 45 classes-which are our all-ability level cycling classes, PLUS 45 which is our advanced cycling class, and various themed rides.

Group Fitness.

Our group fitness classes offer a variety of different exercises. These classes will vary between focus-driven classes like Strength Training, Zumba, and POUND. In these classes, we will use a variety of body weight exercises and total body strength training to incorporate both challenge and intensity.

Yoga.

In this class, you will practice your posture in order to strengthen, align, and promote the flexibility of your body. There will also be aspects of breathing techniques and meditation incorporated.
