Swedish Massage
The most common massage for general wellness. Wind down with light to medium pressure focused on promoting relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue uses slow, firm pressure to access the deepest layers of muscle tissue, relieving tension.
Sports Massage
This style of massage accesses deep tissues with a concentration on targeted areas of activity or sport. While both use firm pressure and deep muscle/connective tissue work, sports massage focuses on a problem area and may include stretching.

Cancellation Policy:
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment.
